Massage

There are several benefits associated with getting a massage during pregnancy! It has been observed that regular massage can loosen and relax muscles and reduce the level of stress hormones during pregnancy. It also helps in increasing the blood flow in the body and flushes out the toxins by making the lymphatic system work efficiently. 

The physical benefits of massage don’t stop after giving birth, either. Of course, you might be feeling different types of aches and pains than you did when you were pregnant. You’re picking up your baby multiple times a day, you may be “slouched” when cradling them or breastfeeding, and you may be getting less sleep than before if your little one isn’t sleeping through the night. Postnatal massage and bodywork can rescue you from muscle tension, promote healthy sleep, and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
