Mind & Body Fitness

One size does not fit all at YHL! We know that everyBODY & every soul is different and THAT is why we customize every experience to meet you where you are! Our Mindful Movement Classes are easily modified and our guests are always encouraged to take it at their own pace!

Below you can find the list of classes we offer in order of class intensity, starting with the least intense.

All of our 1 hour Mindful Movement classes are $15 to "drop in".

Our 90 Minute Mind & Body Burn is $20

We just ask that you RSVP so we know you're coming.

Yoga Sculpt - Weekly

Tuesday's at 9:30 am

Yoga Sculpt offers a grounded synergistic blend of Vinyasa Yoga, Buti & Barre.  Rooted in traditional Yoga, this synergistic blend offers equal balance with no cardio. We know you will leave feeling energized and ready for your day! As always, our guests are encouraged to move at your own pace & modify when needed.

Barre & Yoga - Weekly

Thursday's at 11:00 am

Barre & Yoga is one of our favorites, allowing for equal parts sculpt & flow! This practice uses tiny little movements to strengthen the body and dig deep. With high intensity but low impact on the joints, this class is accessible for all!

This fast paced HIIT practice, pushes us to ignite our inner and outer strength! We love it so much because we’re encouraged to believe in our self, push past our fears and get out of our heads. This transformative practice leads you into a place of love, growth & confidence!

Mind & Body Burn - Weekly

Saturday's at 9:00 am

This is a 90 minute all levels of fitness class that will be intuitively lead by the playlist for that day with creative sequences and energetic flow sure to get you out of your mind & into your body!


This total body burn will offer you a taste of all the classes we offer here at YHL with a longer warm-up and cool-down. We utilize bands, weights, barre, cardio hits and traditional stretchy yoga!

EveryBODY is welcome, however > > > this is a HIIT style fitness class.

I am new to Barre Flow, but it has quickly become one of my most favorite activities! Emily is so welcoming and accommodating; she is an excellent instructor. It is a challenging work out with a variety that keeps things interesting. The flow at the beginning and end is very calming for my mind. Emily's playlists are great & I often hear new songs that I really like! I would definitely recommend YHL to anyone looking to try somewhere new!
